Community Gull Lake is situated 56km west of Swift Current along the TransCanada highway & Saskatchewan #37 highway. Known for producing oil, Gull Lake is also known for its giant wind turbines. Since 2001, it became home of a massive environmentally friendly energy project spearheaded by Sunbridge - now having 17 wind turbines. Gull Lake has slowly been growing over the years becoming a friendly community with a population of approximately 1016 people.
