The Gull Lake and Area Recreation Complex

The Recreational Complex, located at 7275 Lave Ave. was opened in 1985.
The Rec. Complex has many facilities within, but the main feature of the Rec. Complex is the
Skating Rink.  Gull Lake has an excellent minor hockey system.  There are Gull Lake Greyhound teams ranging from pre-novice all the way up to Midget.  Gull Lake is also home to the Gull Lake Greyhounds Senior Hockey team, which plays in the White Mud Hockey League (Link). Aside from hockey, Gull Lake also has an active Figure Skating Club and Canskate.  The Skating Rink is also well used by the Gull Lake School for its Physical Education Program.

The Gull Lake Bowling Lanes

Within the Gull Lake Recreation Complex is the Gull Lake Bowling Lanes.  This Two-Lane facility is host to many different 5-pin bowling leagues each year.  For information on Bowling Leagues, contact the bowling lanes at (306) 672-3512.

The Gull Lake Community Hall

A new addition to the Recreation Complex is the Gull Lake Community Hall.  Construction of this hall was completed in 2007 and is now a prime spot for many events, including weddings, banquets, and concerts.  The Community Hall can hold approximately 360 people and is equipped with full kitchen and bar.

Schnare’s Gym

Located at the North end of the Gull Lake Recreation Complex is Schnare’s Gym.  This is an
excellent facility for those looking to work out in Gull Lake.
