More Charter Flights for Saskatchewan
With a goal of attracting more international flights to Saskatoon and Regina’s airports, the federal government has announced a three year, $304,000 funding plan.
The Ministry of Western Economic Diversification is making the investment to try and secure non-stop charters to Europe and Asia, two regions that will be key to continued economic growth for the province.
The funding will be used by the two airports to brand the province as an attractive destination for international carriers.
