Sask. govt’s stake in ISC drops to 31%

The provincial government has reduced its stake in Information Services Corp. (ISC) by selling off an additional 1.6 million shares at $14 per share for $22 million to a syndicate of underwriters for the initial public offering (IPO), which closed July 9. As a result of the exercise of the over-allotment option, CIC now holds 5.425 million shares, representing approximately 31 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of ISC. Prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option, CIC held 40 per cent of ISC shares.
