Small Sask. business owners’ optimism rebounds

Optimism among Saskatchewan small business owners bounced back in March from a three-year-year low in February, according to the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) monthly business barometer. While optimism has not yet regained all the ground lost since November, Saskatchewan small business owners’ hiring plans are the strongest recorded since measurement began in 2009, the survey said Thursday.
