The Gull Lake Cemetery Committee has done a great job giving the cemetery a new and improved look. This week the Committee installed a new map in the new cemetery shelter. The map together with row markers that have been installed now make it easier for friends and relatives to find their loved ones graves.
Also new to the Cemetery is a self guided tour created by resident Craig Baird who hosted the tour in July. The tour gives visitors to the cemetery a chance to learn about our early pioneers and booklets can be found in the Cemetery Shelter or at the Town Office.
The Town Council is very pleased with the important work and improvements the committee and its volunteers have made to the Cemetery.
Mayor Campbell
Looking for my Great Uncle John Marshall who died 20/9/1911 at Moose Jaw and I believe is buried in your cemetery. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
We will see what information we can find and get back to you.
