Farm groups, industry differ on CTA review of grain transportation backlog

Grain industry and farm groups are looking to the Canada Transportation Act review for solutions to the massive grain transportation backlog that cost western Canadian producers $7 billion to $8 billion in lost sales this year. But opinions differ about what recommendations the CTA review will come up with and whether they will make the transportation system more responsive to producers’ needs.
