PSAC forecasts 5% decline in Sask. drilling

The Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC) is forecasting 3,365 oil and gas wells to be drilled in Saskatchewan next year, a five per cent decline from projected 2014 levels, according to the association’s Canadian drilling forecast released Wednesday. PSAC is forecasting a total of 10,100 wells to be drilled across Canada next year, a slight decrease from the projected total of 10,830 for 2014.
