Some exciting changes have come to the Gull Lake Community Market this year, courtesy of the Tourism Board!!
For one thing, the Gull Lake Community Market will now be known as the Gull Lake Bazaar!
The bazaar will be open to anyone with home businesses like Scentsy, Gold Canyon, South Hill Designs, etc. but it is also going to be open to anyone who has items from their home they want to sell, including antiques and odds and ends.
The bazaar will now be held outdoors (a backup will be scheduled in case of rain) and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The bazaar will run every two weeks from that point (11 in total). Tables for home business vendors (Scentsy, etc…) will cost $15 a table. All 11 days must be paid prior to May 9 at a cost of $165 for the entire bazaar season.
For those who want to sell odds and ends, antiques, etc, the cost is $25 per table, payable when you are at the bazaar.
The first bazaar will be held on May 9 at the Gull Lake Museum. This will be a special day when the museum is also open. The next bazaar will be May 23 at the museum.
Subsequent bazaars will be held at a different outdoor location for the remainder of the summer season.
If you wish to register your business for the Bazaar, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The bazaar will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one of each home business will be allowed.
