Sask. farmland values jump 18.7% in 2014

Saskatchewan farmland values increased an average of 18.7 per cent in 2014, the second year in a row the province showed the highest increase in the country, according to Farm Credit Canada. In 2013, average farmland values increased by 28.5 per cent following a rise of 19.7 per cent in 2012.
