Canadians celebrate costly victory over Country of Origin Labelling

Canadian livestock producers and politicians are celebrating the latest — and they hope their last — victory in their long-running battle against the U.S. government’s controversial Country of Origin Labelling (COOL) policy, which required U.S. retailers to provide country-of-origin labelling for fresh beef, pork, and lamb.
