Optimism rises in August in Sask., CFIB says

Small business owners in Saskatchewan were more optimistic in August than July and well above of the national average, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) said its latest monthly “business barometer” survey.Optimism rebounded to an index of 61.9 in August from 54.5 in July, well ahead of the national index of 56.7, the CFIB said Thursday.
