The Gull Lake Campground a Great Place to Camp

The Gull Lake Campground is in an excellent location with plenty of trees it is clean, and has well maintained facilities. Over the years, I have heard many positive comments from travelers who have stayed at our campground. At one meeting, I was at a couple of years ago a Tourism Facilitator commented on the campground. She not only said it was a great place to stay but also that she mentioned how impressed she was with how clean our campground and its facilities were.

The Campsite is operated by the Tourism Committee whose members both past and present have done a great job maintaining and improving our campground over the years. The Campground has also had excellent staff over the years who have always done a first-rate job managing the campground, keeping it clean and well maintained and making guests stay enjoyable.

Today we received an email from Ellen Ferguson from Clearwater BC. She wrote:

“My husband and I have just returned home from a fortnight of traveling and camping (with our truck & trailer) in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. I want to commend your campground staff for having the absolutely nicest campground of all where we stayed. Your washroom/shower building is wonderfully clean and a joy to find! It is a much nicer campground than many of the bigger places we stayed. Please share our thanks with the staff who maintain the site. They have much to be proud of!”

These comments are great to hear and this year the thanks goes to staff Jeff & Bethany Mittelholtz and Family. Next year if you are traveling to Gull Lake or just driving through looking for a place to camp stop in at the Gull Lake Campground and enjoy your stay.
