UofS student to use Vanier scholarship money towards study of energy in southwest Saskatchewan

Sandra Moore says she “worked her butt off” for years to get where she is. Starting off as a single mother at 17, Moore attained her GED and then went into post-secondary as a psychology student before switching to anthropology.
Moore, a PhD student in the school of environment and sustainability at the University of Saskatchewan (U of S), has been awarded a $150,000 scholarship.
