As Christmas approaches it is time to request your generous support for the Gull Lake and District local food hampers. The Gull Lake & District Christmas Hamper committee collects and distributes hampers to families and individuals that qualify for this once a year assistance. The committee collects non-perishable food items, the items cannot have an expired best before date, and uses cash donations to purchase perishable items just prior to the hamper delivery. Collection boxes will be placed around Gull Lake to collect non perishable food items at AG Foods, the Gull Lake School and at local churches until Dec. 14th.
Application forms are available at the Town Office and local Churches as of Nov 26th. Deadline to apply is December 9th. Your generosity brings much needed help to indviduals and families in our community.
