Town of Gull Lake Strategic Plan 2017 – 2021

Town Council has officially approved the Town of Gull Lake Strategic Plan 20172021. The plan was developed using the information gathered from the Community Needs Assessment Survey. The Strategic Plan is a blueprint Council will use to help identify, plan, and prepare for the future opportunities that await our town.

Council identified several priority areas of concern to residents. The priorities, include business development, infrastructure, recreation facilities and services, tourism inventory, and culture and heritage.

The Town Council very much appreciated the help provided by Karen Mossing (Strategic Planning Facilitator) in the development of the plan. We are also grateful to the residents of Gull Lake and area who participated in the Community Needs Assessment. The feedback provided was vital in the development of the plan, and future feedback will aid Council in meeting the needs of our community.
