Weekly Feature Business “Safe & Sound Inn”

Each week we will be featuring a local business in a post on our website. The business will also be featured on the top page of our online Directory.  This week’s feature business is the Safe & Sound Inn.  Located at 3671 Rutland Avenue the Inn was built in 1958 and formerly known as the Lazy Dee Motel.  The business is a locally owned & operated family business.

The Safe & Sound Inn is your home away from home with 12 newly renovated rooms complete with kitchenettes and satellite TV.  It offers clean, comfortable accommodations for those looking forward to kicking back and relaxing after a long day. Whether you’re looking to book rooms for your work crew, in town for a hockey tournament or a weary traveler looking for a good night’s sleep, Safe & Sound Inn is here to accommodate you.

Our small-town businesses contribute significantly to our local economy through the taxes they pay and people they employ.  Guests who stay at a hotel/motel also spend money at other businesses such as restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. Congratulations to the owners of the Safe & Sound Inn and thanks for your contributions to our local economy.
