Lions 50/50 NHL Hockey Draft Fundraiser

Do you like football…and hockey? This year the Lions football team will be running a 50/50 NHL hockey draft fundraiser. Print out the attached form, make your picks, and return it to the school, email it to, or fax (does anyone still do that?) it to (306) 672-3740 by the October 6th 5:00 PM deadline.

The cost is $20 per team, with half of the proceeds going to the team and the other half going back to the top three poolies! Please make cheques payable to “Gull Lake School”.

The rules are simple: pick a player from each “box” on the attached form. NOTE: you can only pick a max of two (2) players from each NHL team.

You get 1 point for a goal, 1 point for an assist, and 1 point for a game-winning goal. Goalies can also get points for goals and assists, plus they get 2 points for a win and another 2 points for a shutout.

What a great way to support the Lions and get further enjoyment out of the upcoming NHL season.

Go Lions!
