Winterfest 2018 Planning Underway

The Gull Lake Winterfest Committee is working closely with the Tourism Committee planning Winterfest 2018. This year’s feature events will include children’s entertainer Danny Kazam. Since 2010, Danny Kazam has become the most sought out children’s entertainer throughout Saskatchewan.  One of the most popular activities the Amazing Race is back, and you can play and have a chance to beat last year’s reigning champions Stuart Chutter, Stephanie Sells, Diana Ruetz, Braden Ruetz. The really spectacular Winterfest Fireworks Show is also a must-see for all those who attend the Winterfest Event.

The fun does not stop there as the Day will be packed with lots of family fun activities. The SW Bakeoff Competition is back and this year you will have a chance to dethrone last year’s baking champion Lea Stevenson participating in SW Saskatchewan’s Best Cheesecake Competition. Take part in the pie eating contest and beat last years champion Kevin To. Mini Trade Show, Mini Golf, Street Hockey, Crafts, Face Painting, Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides, Senior Games and much moremore.

So mark Saturday, February 17, 2018, on your calendar and plan to attend our Winterfest 2018 Event. Watch our Winterfest Web Page and Gull Lake Events for more announcements and a complete list of activities.
