Recreation Advisory Committee November Update

The Gull Lake Recreation Advisory Committee met at the beginning of November to discuss the vision for the committee, including a mission statement, new member application process and upcoming projects.

Committee members are putting the finishing touches on both the mission statement and the application form, both of which will be completed by November 30, 2018. If you or someone you know has great ideas and wants to be part of improving recreation in the community, be sure to grab an application form from the Rec Office after that date.

The Rec Advisory Committee’s first project is creating a Crokicurl rink in Little Green on the Prairie to provide a new outdoor recreation opportunity for the winter months.
