Three New Homes Arrive in Gull Lake

Gull Lake saw three brand new homes arrive in town this week, and a fourth will also be coming soon. One of the homes went to the Centennial Place Subdivision, and the other two homes were taken to 1st street near the Green Power Ball Park.

The fourth home when it arrives will be placed in the new subdivision. The subdivision is now three-quarters full and the Council will be exploring options for completing paving curb and gutter in the near future. The new 15 lot subdivision has views of the countryside and lots with walkout capability.

The Town currently has some rental units available and as of today, sixteen homes are listed for sale on Point 2 Homes.
