Highway traffic in the eastbound lane will see a new sign promoting the types of businesses in downtown Gull Lake. The Economic Development Committee helped design the sign and made a recommendation to Town Council to have the sign installed. Town Council approved the design and recommendation submitted by the EDC and the sign was installed last Friday. The EDC also has future plans to have additional signage at three other locations in town.
Presently, Lindsay Aliban (Economic Development Officer) is currently working with local businesses helping them with marketing and promoting their businesses.
