The Town is providing Development Incentives for all new construction; single family, duplex, multi-family and/or RTM dwellings. The Town of Gull Lake will grant an exemption from tax assessments as follows:
Year 1 – 100% exemption
Year 2 – 50% exemption
Year 3 – 25% exemption
Year 4 – Normal Taxation Rates Apply
